नई दिल्ली: भारतीय रेल ने अपने लगभग साढ़े 13 लाख कर्मचारियों को एलटीसी की सुविधा देने जा रही है. रेलकर्मी LTC benefit के जरिये परिवार के साथ कर सकेंगे हवाई यात्रा. इसके तहत उनको एकाधिकार पास दिया जायेगा. ऐसे वर्तमान में रेलकर्मियों को एलटीसी यानी लिव ट्रेवल कंसेशन की सुविधा नहीं है. केंद्र सरकार ने 27 मार्च को अधिसूचना जारी कर इस सुविधा का लाभ अधिकारी और कर्मचारी भी उठा सकेंगे.
रेलकर्मी LTC benefit के जरिये कर सकेंगे हवाई यात्रा
इस एलटीसी सुविधा के साथ रेलकर्मी कहीं भी अपने परिवार के साथ हवाई यात्रा कर सकेंगे. इसके लिए रेलकर्मियों को रेल के तरफ से दिए गए एकाधिकार पास विभाग में जमा करवाना होगा. उनके बाद ही वे सरकार के तरफ से दी जाने वाली एलटीसी सुविधा का लाभ उठा सकेंगे. रेलकर्मी अगर रेल के किसी भी उपक्रम मंत्रालय या किसी दूसरे राज्य में प्रतिन्युक्ति पर तैनात है तो उनको भी एलटीसी की सुविधा मिलेगी.
इसके बारे में बताया गया है कि यदि पति-पत्नी दोनों ही रेल में कार्यरत है तो दोनों में से केवल एक को ही एलटीसी की सुविधा मिलेगी. इस एलटीसी के सुविधा एक साथ रेलकर्मी विशेषाधिकार टिकट, ड्यूटी पास, मेडिकल के लिए स्पेशल पास, स्कुल पास आदि की सुविधा यथावत रहेगी.
LTC उनके लिए वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था है
इस एलटीसी सुविधा के बारे में बताया जा रहा है कि यह उनके लिए वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था है. यह उनकी मर्जी पर है कि वो एलटीसी लें या न लें. कोई भी रेलकर्मी एलटीसी या विशेषाधिकार पास दोनों में से एक समय में एक ही सुविधा इस्तेमाल कर सकता है. अगर कोई रेलकर्मी एलटीसी ले लेता है तो वह एक साल तक अपने ऑप्शन बदल नहीं सकता है. इस दौरान उसका विशेषाधिकार पास विभाग के पास जमा रहेगा. वह चाहे तो अगले वर्ष दुबारा से विशेषधिकार पास हांसिल कर सकता है.
