    7. Sir i got a job at Judiciary dept. by company on contract but since from the time of joining they deduct unreasonable or less amount payment which was not stated on contract. Therefore i request you to let me know valuable input at your end.

    8. Sir i am in 3core Spear CSD its my 4th year. I am permenant staff but my pay is Rs.8000 only. My senior they are working since year 2000 with 10000 pay only. We are being appointent by Units through interview. Spear CSD,Can we get minimum pay ???? Do reply sir

      1. You did not say that your company is private or in government and in which state? Because The Minimum Wage Act of 1948, passed by the Indian parliament, fixes the minimum wage for certain 'scheduled employment' categories – which is applicable to the whole of India. The minimum wages given under this Act apply to both skilled as well as unskilled laborers.

    10. Sir I am working as a craft instructor on contract basis from September 2007 to till dated in Delhi Govt. ITI. Can I get permanent in future. Is there any provision/ law by which I got permanent in my job.

    11. surjit ji this not a central govt. wages this is central sphere wages. and it is under construction scheduled employment. every central govt offices are using different type of scheduled employment like agriculturaul, ceaning and sweeping, watch and ward etc. there are 45 scheduled employment. and constuction is one off them. you are mentioning the wages of construction scheduled employment.

      1. jee Bilkul Central Sphere ka hi hai but but VDA ka notification jo hai wah Central Government ke Ministyr of Labour of employment ke dwara industrial workers ke under Construction or maintenance of roads or runways in buliding operations including laying down underground electric,wireless, etc ke liye hota hai...but maine contract/outsource ke bare me bataya hai...eske sath example bhi diya Railway, IRCTC, ...Minimum wages sabhi jagah lagu nhi hota...eske liye scheduled employment define hota hai...

      Through this E- mail, I want to grab your kind attention over the issue I am facing & also hope for the appropriate advice & guidance from your side.

      I had joined the Voltas Limited ( A Tata Group Company ) as a Branch Service Manager Ghaziabad on dated 5 January 2015 .. This Joining was on the offer latter ( LOI ) given by the company, & after joining the Appointment or Agreement latter to be issued by the company. But after the Joining, company had not issued my appointment latter even after giving so much of reminders. But the all my salary & other perks was on time.

      In the month of July 2016, (One & half year after my joining), the appraisal latter was given with the some increment in the salary but appointment latter still not given, on my escalation the management had issued my "CONFIRMATION LATTER" but appointment latter yet not given to me & same I had acknowledged with the remarks that the appointment latter is not given to me & given back this acknowledgment to my department head.

      While Working in the company the GM of my department was harassing me badly & in the August 2016, I had filed an internal complaint against him, but nothing was happened, & in 4th of November 2016 the management had transferred me to Hyderabad, because they knew that, my wife is suffering with Kidney disease & due to this I was unable to go to the Hyderabad. But since I was facing the harassment from the side of my GM So I was also searching a new Job & luckily I got the same on dated 8th November 2016 & on 9th Nov 2016 I had resigned, & 17 Nov 2016 was my Last day with the Voltas Limited.

      On dated 21 Dec 2016, I had received an E-mail from the HR department of Voltas Limited mentioning that I had violated the IT policy while working in the Voltas,They also had given the reference of some clause & terms given the Appointment Latter ( which was not given to me) & this will delayed my statement. & Thus they had delayed my full & final settlement, my revealing certificate & my experience certificate They also forced me to sign the blank papers of Full & final settlement, Which I had refused to do

      As per the Protocol by the new company I had joined........ I have to submit the reveling certificate to the new company but I had failed to submit resulting my resignation on 16 August 2017.. The Voltas Limited had issued my Reveling & full & final on 18 Oct 2017 after 11 months of my resignation from Voltas Limited with lots of deductions & other unfavorable things .. Moreover till date they had not issued my Experience Certificate... In between I has also escalate my case to Mr Ratan Tata on his official E-mail Id but all in vain.... I had also write to PMO, President & labor Ministry but nothing happens.

      After all of this I had filed a case in Karnal Civil Court as Karnal is my home town & as per court procedure i am receiving only dates after dates , Where as I am Jobless since August 2017 & facing huge financial crunch.On the other hand Volats is working hard to transfer this case from Karnal to Ghaziabad Or Delhi Because they knew that after transferring I am not able to peruse the case over there due to my financial issues.

      I am requesting you Plz look over the same & provide me your valuable guidance,

    14. sir ji mere pita ji march 2012 mein terminate ho gaye the woh united india insurance mein senior asst ki post par the unhe koi bhi benefit ,gratuityor p.f ka koi paise nahi mila hai unhone form bhara 1 saal 6 mahine pehle lekin company ki taraf se koi jawab nahi aya ab woh expire ho gaye hai lekin abhi tak koi bhi paisa nahi mila office mein gaye the to sab paise banane ke chakkar mein hai hum sab bahut pareshan hai unhone 28 saal tak service ki thi company wale keh rahe hai ki forfit ki wajah se unko koi bhi bebefit nahi milega aur na hi gratuity aur pf sir ap bataye kya kare head office chennai hai

Sir iam from kargil (j&k) sir recently aap na jo vedio YouTube pa upload kiya equal pay for equal work sir hum ya jana chahate hain hum is dawaat nhpc ma contractors kay through last 10 saal sa kam karaha hain or her Saal contractors changes bi hota hain or yahaan jo regular employees hai jo same hamaray jasa kaam designation sub kuch same lakin jo facilities pragar allowance wagara oon ko milraha hai hama nahi milta kya is act ka tahate hama milsagta hai. Work for example, electrician, e.g. operater, plumper, mechnic, gate operater, cook,office peon sub kuch same work kya karain hum is act ko lagou Karna kaleya Pl sir is act ka English copy muja mail karo kunki hindi Patna hama nahi aata hai

      company ne abhi kuch mahine pahale mere hi post (contractual) vacancy nikala tha with same education qualification and same year of experience, jaisa ki mere time advertisement nikala tha, par ab ke naye wale recruitment me company ne Pay scale par nikala hai aur ham logo ko fixed salary de rahe hai 2 sal se, to maine request kiya ki mera bhi salary revised kar diya jay par aisa nahi kar rahe hai, so please guide me on urgent basis
