दिल्ली एमसीडी के कॉन्ट्रैक्ट वर्कर को, सेन्ट्रल गवर्नमेंट का बढ़ा न्यूनतम वेतन मिलेगा

आज से दो दिन पहले ही MCD Delhi के साथी ने MCD के बारे में कोई Information देने की मांग की थी. मगर आज जो हम Information देने जा रहें उससे उनके ख़ुशी के ठिकाने नहीं रहेगा. South Delhi Municipal Corporation के Executive Engineer ने दिनांक 12.09.2018 को एक Circular No. D/EE(P)-IV/2018-19/656 जारी किया है. जिसके अनुसार दिल्ली एमसीडी के कॉन्ट्रैक्ट वर्कर को अब Central Govt. का Minimum Wages मिलेगा. अब किसको कितना वेतन मिलेगा, इसके लिए पूरा पोस्ट ध्यान से पढ़ें.

“Subsequent to quashing the notification of Labour Department of GNCTC dated 03.03.2017 by Hon’ble High Court, the competent Authority has approved the relates of different categories of labour on the basis of Notification bearing No. 1/10(3)/20018-LS-II dated 03.04.2018 issued by Chief Labour Commissioner ©, Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India for adoption in preparation of justification of rates for tender case in SDMC w.e.f. 04.04.2018 us under-“

इस Circular के अनुसार “माननीय High Court द्वारा 03.03.2017 के GNCTC के Labour Ministry  की Notification को रद्द करने के बाद Competent Authority ने Chief Labour Commissioner ©, Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India द्वारा जारी Notification No. 1/10 (3) / 20018- दिनांक  03.04.2018 के Base पर MCD में निविदा मामले के लिए श्रम की विभिन्न श्रेणियों के संबंधों को मंजूरी दे दी है, जो कि 04.04.2018 से लागू होगा और इस प्रकार से हैं-

उपरोक्त सभी Category में निम्न कर्मचारी आयेंगे, जो इस प्रकार से हैं.

इसमें Unskilled Labour – Beldar, Colie, Chowkidar, Mazdoor, Helper to Mason/Fitter/Carpenter, Rock Excavator, Rock Breaker, Rock Hole Driller  इसके आलावा कोई भी Category जो Unskilled का काम कर रहे हों.

Semi Skilled – Bandhani, Bhisti, Mate, White Washer, Stone Chiseller, Sprayer (for bitumen etc.) skilled beldar, Security Guard बिना बंदूक के.

Skilled- Glazier, Painter, Carpenter 2nd Class, Assistant Fitter or 2nd Class Fitter, Black Smith 2nd Class, Mason 2nd Class, Security Guard बंदूक के साथ

Highly Skilled- Carpenter Grade-1, Mason Grade-1, Fitter, Mistry, Blacksmith Grade-1, Driver (for Road Roller, Concrete Mixer, Truck etc,)
