Minimum Wages in Maharashtra from 01 Jan 2018 क्या है?

Maharashtra Government ने मजदूरों के “Minimum Wages in Maharashtra में बढ़ोतरी करते हुए दिनांक 1 जनवरी 2018 को Notification जारी किया है. इस Notification के अनुसार यह Minimum Wages महाराष्ट्र में काम करने वाले निम्नलिखित Category के Worker पर 1 जनवरी 2018 से 30.06.2018 तक मान्य होगा. नए Minimum Wages निम्नलिखित रोजगार श्रेणियों में संशोधित किया गया है और विवरण निम्नानुसार हैं-

Minimum Wages in Maharashtra

कल ही एक साथी ने सवाल किया था कि अगर मैं किसी Shop में काम करता हूं तो क्या मुझे Minimum Wages का Benefit मिलेगा. जी हां, उनका Wages, Government द्वारा Fixed डेली वेजर के Wages से कम नहीं होना चाहिए. अब मान लें कि अगर आप Daily Wager रुप में काम कर रहा हो तो आपका Daily Wages की गणना कुल Monthly Wages में 26 दिनों से विभाजित कर निकाला जायेगा. (कुल Wages = Basic + Special Allowance, divide by 26 Days.)
