आप एक सादे कागज़ पर लिखकर भी शिकायत को लेबर कमिश्नर ऑफिस में स्पीड/रजिस्टर्ड पोस्ट से भेज सकते हैं या स्वयं जाकर रिसीव करवा सकते हैं. Online Complaint करने के लिए आपके पास एक Email Id व् Phone/Mobile Number होना चाहिए. अगर आपको English नहीं आता तो कोई बात नहीं है. आप एक सादे कागज़ पर साफ़-साफ अक्षरों में Labour Commissioner के नाम से Complaint Application लिख लें. आप नौकरी से निकलने की कम्प्लेन लेबर विभाग में कैसे लिखें? इसके लिए आप हमारे इस आर्टिकल की मदद ले सकते है.
अब उस Complaint Letter पर अपना Signature दिनांक सहित कर दें. अब मोबाइल से स्कैन करने वाले Mobile App की मदद से इस Complaint Application को स्कैन कर लें. जिसके बाद अब आप अपने मोबाइल या कंप्यूटर से शिकायत दर्ज करा सकते हैं.
इसके लिए आपको सबसे पहले अपने Mobile/Computer के Browser में UP Labour Department का Official Website www.uplabour.gov.in पर जाना होगा. इसके बाद हम Grievance Option को क्लीक करेंगे.
Online Shikayat UP – File Grivance | उत्तरप्रदेश ऑनलाइन लेबर विभाग में शिकायत
UP Labour Grievance पेज को निम्न प्रकार से Fill करेंगे –
दूसरा ऑप्शन Grievance Type होगा, जिसमें आपको चार ऑप्शन मिलेंगे. जिसमें पहला “Labour Due”, यानि को अगर आपका बकाया राशि के भुगतान के संबंध में हैं तो इस Option को Select करें. दूसरा ऑप्शन “Pending Case” का है. अगर आपको कोई मैटर काफी दिनों से पेंडिंग है तो आप इस Option को सेलेक्ट कर सकते हैं. तीसरा “Violation of Labour Laws” का है. जिसके अंतर्गत आप किसी भी तरह जैसे – लेबर से सम्बंधित मुद्दे, टर्मिनेशन, डुयूटी, ट्रांसफर आदि के लिए प्रयोग कर सकते हैं. इसके आलावा चौथा ऑप्शन “Against Departmental Officers/ Employees” है. जिसमें आप जिस विभाग के प्रमुख को यह शिकायत भेज रहे हैं. इस Option के माध्यम से उनके ऑफिस में काम करने वाले अधिकारी या कर्मचारी की शिकायत के लिए उपयोग कर सकते हैं.

Maine labor department UP ko bataur gaye tareeke se online complaint ki thi, 30 din ho chuke hain, uska samadhan abhi tak bhi nahi hua hai.
Complaint RO ko forward kar diya gaya tha lekin uske baad kuch update nahi kiya.

Meine Labour Commissioner se request ki , ki aap axis management se Kam se Kam Mera career dekhte hue mujhe December 2020 ya Jan 2021 Tak ka Relieving toh dilwa dijiye . Taaki Mujhe aage naukri mil jaye , lekin woh aur Axis management Mana Kar rahe hain.
Aur Labour Commissioner keh rahe hain ki yeh samjhauta accept karna Hai toh thik Hai warna woh iss matter ko aage cgit bhej denge
Sir, aap suggest Kar dijiye ki mein Last date Tak ka Relieving le lun ya aage cgit jaun.
Aur naye labour law ke According cgit mein mujhe job reinstate mil payega ya naye labour laws mein dum nahi hai aur jab Tak cgit mein case chalega uski last date Tak ka Relieving mil jayega ya nahi.
