अभी Lockdown का चौथा चरण शुरू हुआ हैं. यह 18-31 मई 2020 तक चलेगा. अभी तक एक राज्य से दूसरे राज्यों में जाने की अनुमति नहीं थी. अभी Lockdown-4 में काफी ढील दी गई हैं. इसके तहत अगर आप किसी अन्य राज्य में फंसे हैं या किसी विशेष काम से जाना चाहते हैं. ऐसे स्थिति में आपको E-Pass पास की जरुरत पड़ेगी. आइये जानते हैं कि घर बैठे (E-Pass) Interstate Movement Pass Apply कैसे करें. दूसरे राज्य में जाने के लिए पास कैसे बनेगा.
Interstate Movement Pass Apply कैसे करें?
देश में कोरोना वायरस के महामारी को रोकने के लिए 25 मार्च 2020 से लॉकडाउन किया गया हैं. जिसका चौथा चरण सोमवार से शुरू हो चूका हैं. जिसके बारे में MHA के द्वारा दिशाननिर्देश जारी किए जा चुके हैं. हालाँकि देश में कोरोना मरीज की संख्या लाख में पहुंचने वाली हैं. मगर Lockdown 4 में कुछ ढील दी गई हैं. इसमें आप कुछ नियम के तहत एक जगह से दूसरे जगह जाने के लिए E-Pass बनवाकर जा सकते हैं.
दूसरे राज्य में जाने के लिए पास (E-Pass) कैसे बनेगा
वैसे तो लॉकडाउन-4 में काफी ढील दी गई है मगर फिर भी आपको एक राज्य से दूसरे राज्य में जाने की अनुमति नहीं है. अगर ऐसे में आपको कोई विशेष काम पड़ जाए और आपको एक राज्य से दूसरे राज्य की यात्रा करनी है. इसके लिए आपको ई-पास (E-Pass) की जरूरत पड़ेगी. ई-पास बनवाने के लिए आपको करना होगा इन नियमों का पालन –
- आपको इ-पास बनवाने के लिए वेवसाइट https://serviceonline.gov.in/epass/ पर विजिट करना होगा.
- इसमें आपको Select State to Apply e-pass पर क्लिक करना होगा.
- इसके बाद आपको जिस राज्य की यात्रा करनी है उस राज्य को सेलेक्ट करना होगा.
- अब जैसे ही जिस भी राज्य को सेलेक्ट करेंगे. उसके बाद उस राज्य का आधिकरिक पेज का लिंक सामने आ जाएगा. फिर उस लिंक पर क्लिक करने पर संबंधित राज्य का पेज खुल जाएगा.
- इसके बाद आपको Apply Epass में जाना होगा. जहां पर आपको अपना मोबाइल नंबर कैप्च कोड भरना होगा. फिर आपके दिए गए मोबाइल पर OTP नंबर आएगा. इस OTP को भरें.
- इसके बाद आपको अपने डॉक्यूमेंट्स अपलोड करने के ऑप्शन मिलेगा. अलग-अलग राज्य में अलग ऑप्शन हो सकते हैं.
- एक बार आपके द्वारा एप्लीकेशन फील करने और डॉक्यूमेंट्स सब्मिट होने के बाद सरकार तय करेगी कि आपको ई-पास जारी करना है या नहीं.
- अगर आपकी एप्लीकेशन स्वीकार कर ली गई और E Pass जारी कर दिया जाता है तो रजिस्टर्ड मोबाइल नंबर में आपको SMS भेजा जाएगा.
- आप ई-पास जारी होने के बाद आप संबंधित राज्य की यात्रा कर सकते हैं. यात्रा के दौरान आपको एक हार्ड कॉपी या सॉफ्ट कॉपी अपने पास रखना होगा. सुरक्षा कर्मियों के मांगे जाने पर आपको दिखाना होगा.
Interstate Movement Pass Apply कैसे करें?
E-Pass के लिए 33.75 लाख लोगों ने आवेदन किया.
National Informatics Centre (NIC) की वेबसाइट के मुताबिक अब तक तकरीबन 33.75 लाख लोगों ने आवेदन किया है. जहां सरकार ने करीब 12 लाख लोगों को ई-पास जारी कर दिया है. 10.39 लाख एप्लीकेशन अभी अंडर प्रॉसेस हैं. जबकि 12 लाक आवेदन खारिज किए जा चुके हैं.
