    4. mai ek software company me kaam karta tha, mumbai me, 1.5 year work karne ke baad maine resignation daala, mera resignation accept nhi kiya company ne, balki mujhe convince kiya ki ruk jaao company mat chhodo, mai nhi maana aur resign kiye hue 15 din hone ke baad company ne mujhe terminate kar diya ye kahte hue ki mera performance sahi nhi h etc etc. ye sab mere saath jaan bujhkar kiya gaya tha mera carrier spoil karne ke liye, terminate karte time mc boss ne bahut saari dhamki wali baat ki, ye kar dega wo kar dega, ye sab ke baawzood 1 mahine ke baad mujhe dusri job to lag gai, par mujhe us company ke against case karna h please help kare, kya mere points valid h, kya resignation daalne ke baad kisi ko terminate kar sakte h, maine resignation me payout karne tak ki baat likhi h ki mai full timr ka payout karunga aur company chhod dunga, phir bhi jaanbujhkar terminate kiya

      Kya ye saare labour laws and rules kpo bpo ko applicable hai?

      Hamare kpo mein sirf hamari hi team mein hamara online time track karne ke liye ek tool use kiya jata hai. Aur manager expect karte hai ki 9 hrs mein se 7-7.5 hrs online hona chahiye. Aur jitna time hum online hote hai usko justfy karna padta hai jaise ki 7 ghante mein maine 3 tasks pe kam kiya 1 pe 2 ghanta 1 pe 3 ghanta aur ek pe 2 ghanta to question kiya jata hai ki eas xyz task pe 3 ghanta kyo laga ye to 1 ghante ka kam hai. Halakhi managers usko kabhi process nhi karte lekin awai keh dete hai. Apna online time ko justify karne ke liye hame separate trackers maintain karne padte jai jispe hume har task ko kitna time laga wo dalna padta hai.

      Hamara company transportation nahi deti hai.Traffic aur long distance se hame late ho jata hai...managers bhi roz late ho jate hai lekin unko koi nahi puchta lekin hame isliye kharab performance rating di jati hai. Kya aap hume bata denge ki konsa indian contract act kpo sector ko applicable hai aur jo rule hum below manager grade employyes ko hai kya wahi managers ko bhi hote hai?

      Eas tracker tool ke shoshan se relief mil sakta hai kya kyonki company ke baki team me ye system nahi hai baki ke managers isko nahi mante. Sirf hamare managers hi isko mante hai. Managers khud is system ka part nahi hai kyonki ve acche se jante hai ki 7 7.5hrs online time to unke bas ki bhi baat nhi hai. Jab kaam complete hi karna padta hao to hum 10 hrs kam ksrte hi us time appreciation nhi milta lekin jis din kam on time khatm hokar hum ghar jate hai to managers ko bura lagta hai

    8. Sir mai microfinance company me kaam krta tha,jha pe bm se thoda kahasuni ho gayi uske baad maine vha se resign krke notice period pura kiya
      ,abhi jab mera settelement nai hua to maine unko call kiya to vo bole jha pe m recovery krta tha vha 3se 4cutomer ka loan card pe mera sign h par paiasa jama nai hua, fir maine un sabhi ka paisa jama kiya
      Lekin ab call krta hu to bolte h unko nai pata ki mera settelment kaha ruka h, hr aur head office me call krta hu to vo bolte h ki apke line manager se sampark kare krke ,
      Aaj 6 mahine ho gya sir pr mera settelment hold karke rakha h unhone

      1. Shift/timing is not a factor..As per CL(R&A) Act 1970 and rules their under,

        "The workmen employed by the contractor perform the same or similar kind of work as workmen directly employed by the principal employer of the establishment, the wage rate, holidays, hours of work and other conditions of the services of the workmen of the contractor shall be the same as applicable to the workmen directly employed the principle employed of the establishment on the same or similar kind of work”.

    10. Dear sir, Kindly guide I have resigned from previous company. But I have not received any job now. How I can cover the gap of 3 Months.I have gone for interview but recruiter has stop to take my interview after when I said I have resigned and now I m searching the job.company has disqualified me straight way.I want to know that is there rule that they will not recruit the employee who resigned and searching the job. I have resigned due to harassment and late sitting in company.

Ka senior accountant bahut lukhhi dadagiri karta hai, meri against me juthi complaint karta rahta hai, har roj mere baare me mere co. ke director ki kanafusi karta rahta hai, main kaam karne ko ready hu tobhi woh chamcha mujhe dadagiri se kaam nahi deta, April se ab tak Maine tally me ek bhi entry nahi ki kyoki woh entry karne nahi deta, meri profile ka saara kaam usne chhin Liya hai, meri co. Ka director bhi usiki side leta hai, woh jaisa bolta hai director vaise hi karta hai, ye sab mujhe nokari se nikalne koshish karte hai, kyonki me Jo bhi baat such hai unko unke muh par bol deta hu, me in logo ki chamcha Giri nahi karta hu isliye.... Please suggest me what to do?

      mai karwar distic. ramnagar is gav se bat kar raha hu. mai yaha per divo gas is prived factory mai 6 sal se kam kar raha hu .hamari salary bahut hi kam hai (per day 150rs).jab ki sarkar ke ruls ke hisab se nahi di jarahi hai hamne campani ke oner se bat bhi ki.lekin koi fayada nahi huva.our kam bhi 8 ghante tak karna padta hai.

    14. Sir, What is Self Contract employee in India, I am working with a PSU (a Joint Venture of Govt. of India & Govt. of Delhi) since the last 8 years. Initially I was appointed for 6 months and after my contract was extended continuously without any break and continuously I am working. I am working the same work as regular employee work in the office. A very less consolidated pay is given to me, initially it was increased in around 2 years and last it was increased in the year 2015 since then the payment has not been increased. I don't get any EPF/ESI/Bonus/Over time and other applicable benefits. What I Do. please help.

I think Self Contract Employee is not legal word and you are a contrast employee under Central Govt of India and after my PIL Order in Delhi High Court the Central Govt hiked 40% minimum wages for their contract/causal/daily wagers workers.     16. Dear Sir,
      I have not received my Full & Final settlement from my last organisation which I had quit on 15th May'18. The settlement amount includes the salary for the entire month of April'18 & salary till 15th May'18. Also my expense claim is not cleared for the last 7 months (till 15th May'18) which I should get in the F&F settlement.
      Kindly inform how can I get the entire amount from the company as it is already 5 months since I have quit the company but not getting the F&F settlement claim from the company even after repeated followups.

    18. मित्र में मध्यप्रदेश के इंदौर शहर में पोस्ट आफिस में डेली वेज पर कार्यरत हु मुझे 3 साल हो गए है यहा 15-20 साल से भी कई लोग कार्यरत है हमे स्टेट गोवेर्नमेटन द्वारा तय की गई सेलेरी दी जाती है जबकि यह सेंट्रल आफिस है इसके साथ डाक विभाग द्वारा कासुअल लेबर के लिए बोहोत सारे अच्छे अच्छे ऑर्डर्स है लेकिन वो हम पर लागू नही होते जब मैने पता करने की कोशिश की के क्यो लागू नही होते तो पता चला हमारे अधिकारी कासुअल वर्कर की रिपोर्ट नील भेजते है ऊपर ओर उनका कहना है के हमारी भर्ती किसी नियम अनुसार नही हुई है ना ही कोई अप्रूवल है इसलिए वे इस करते है इंदौर सिटी में लगभग 150 आउटसाइडर है हम ओर हमारे बिना डाक विभाग का कार्य ही रुक जाए कृपया हमारा मार्गदर्शन करें हमे क्या करना चाहिए मेने आउटसाइडर लोगो का व्हाट्सएप ग्रुप बना रखा है उसमें में आपकी सारी वीडियो शेयर करता परंतु हामें करना क्या है वो हमें नही पता कृपया मार्गदर्शन करें

      1. दोस्त, ठीक कुछ ठीक कुछ इसी तरह मेरे कम्पनी IRCTC में भी था. पहले उनको न्यूनतम वेतन भी नहीं देते थे. जिसके बाद लगातार प्रयास के बाद पहले 6 से 10 हजार फिर 12 से 20 और 50 हजार मासिक सैलरी पा रहे हैं. मगर अफ़सोस इस लड़ाई में बहुत लोगो ने नौकरी की कुर्बानी दी. जल्द ही इसके बारे में बतायूंगा. शायद मेरा यह आर्टिकल कुछ मदद करें - https://www.workervoice.in/2018/10/central-government-hiked-salary-not-how-to-handle.html

Of M.P)mai karyarat hai. 2008 mai ish organization ko banaya gaya tha tab iska naam School of Good Governance and Policy Analysis tha. Mahodya meri aur mera sathiyo ki niyukti samvida par ki gayee thi. 2015 mai Organizations k adhikarion na exevutive body samvida ko tenure ka naam de diya aur humai tenure employee bola jaana laga. Mahodya jun 2018 mai mp sarkar ne samvida karmcharion k liya nayee policy banayee jismai state ki aukari mai reservation k saath saath salary bhi badha di gayee, lekin Mahodya jab jab hum awaaj uthate hai, yeh jawab diya jaata hai ki hum autonomous organization hai. Aur Mahodya autonomous k naam par ek taraf inka dwara humai salary toh kam di hi jaati sath hi sath awaaz uthana par nikalna ki dhamki bhi di jaati, dusri aur retd officers ko salary plus pension ka labh diya jaata hai, jabki state government mai salary minus pension ka niyam hai. Mahodya mera aapse yehi sawaal hai ki autonomous organizations mai koi niyam aur kanoon lagu nahi hota hai kya?? Yeh organization fully state government funded hai aur yeh lok sewa prabhdan dept mai aata hai, aur Mahodya issh organization ko state mai Sushasan par kam karna k liya banaya gaya hai. Dhanyabad
